This website was previusly hacked. (how do you do that to flat file no java absolutely no serviside scripting flat file html) all i can suggest is that somehow they found an wordpress blog on same server that allowed them to overwite the default index.html kind of annoying. timestamp of what i got left suggests it's okey and all passwords have been changed.
